One of the biggest areas of growth for me was as a Business Analyst. I significantly improved my ability to write detailed user stories with in-depth analysis, ensuring business scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria were clearly defined. This helped the development team fully understand the requirements, minimized missed requirements during development, and reduced the need for refactoring later in the project lifecycle.
The team followed Agile methodology very effectively, with regular sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The strong Agile culture encouraged close collaboration between Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers, and business, resulting in high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.
