Pros

As the company is acquiring businesses, you may expect growth. Promotions will happen easily as it is growing rapidly, also high rate attrition is another reason existing emp to get to the next level. Good learning opportunities for freshers.

Cons

No strong and employees friendly policies. Existing people in organisations at management level are not groomed. Salary is a another disappointment which consists variable in it. It impacts hard on take home salary. No work life balance, you will have to work long hours entire year with no benefits. Annual hike and Bonus amount are very poor. No perks. If you’re leaving the company, you may not be treated well.

Pros

Growing company . Scope of growth if you are able to bootlick managers or are flawless.

Cons

System s are slow. Management is politics oriented.willing to scape goat people for their own benefit Arrogant and aggressive managers with no professional etiquette. Unrealistic demand from employees. Make people login in weekend as well whereas the managers are themselves not available for most of the time. Hell would be a better place. All the performers become under-performers due to such a obnoxious environment. If management is not changed, difficult to be a growing organization. No training plan for new joiners. asked to sit for OJT from day 2. expected to pickup and become BAU within 2 weeks. Don't join in this company to land in jeopardy.All employees new in Apex.No te ured people are there who are more than an year and half which makes it very clear that no peole can survive this.

Pros

Barely any pros. The initial CTC is not paid in full citing xyz reasons. And the slightly higher CTC also does not amount to much as increment was abyssmal and ends up being only big for show in the long run. And the performance review was a complete farce.

Cons

Clueless managers in some teams. Bad talent retention overall. Unreasonable working hours where you are expected to work extra hours even if you are sick and deliverables are not immediate. 12-14hrs avg with No overtime! Comp offs are a suggestion and not enforced. , leave is always difficult because of deliverables are so high in ratio of employees employed. There is no intent to retain employees and improve employee culture; and severely lacking is a fomal hr structure to address employee issues. Performance metrics are not transparent and open to discretion of superiors. Inequitable work distribution is a regular norm. And absolutely no reward for good work. You are instead overloaded for good work with little to no incentive for extreme working hours. Punishing environment with no regard to business quality. Company is least bothered about retaining good quality talent and seems perfectly ok with high employee turnover. Highly doubt the 5 star reviews mentioned here based on my experience.
