Bad management within Highway division. No scope for talented and they dont recruit properly as per the project requirement. TD recruits on his own wish and will and he takes all the charge in to his hand. No point of joining highway division unless there is a change for TD as of now. TD shows partiality and recruits who ever look like under his shadow always.....TDLs also need to be replaced with new candidates. TD and TDLs are misleading the UK staff and HR team here in India with their own unfair actions.

Toxic work environment, active office politics. Bullying and harassment at its peak. And this depends on the department where you work. I heard some departments have healthy work environment. I recommend not to join. There is no job security. If you pretend you dont know anything and behave like a "Yes sir, Ok sir" employee, yeah then there are chances of surviving. But its an every day fight for survival.
