> Good worklife [Proper Timelines and No frequent scope change] [They don't take you for granted] > Good Employee Perks [Insurance, Holidays, Office Transport, WFH flexibility, Nice Office to work (Bangalore), in office gym, Free Lunch] > Constant updates of policies from employee feedback > It's a product company. > Bangalore office is new and still evolving. But feedbacks are being addressed.

> It's a Japanese company, so big implementations might take some time but goes on deeper level implementation. IF you are someone who wants to grow very rapidly, you will have to switch. This company has lot of people with 30+ age who wants to settle and want to have good time for family. > Very basic pantry [obvious for lot of companies but not upto grade for product company] > No Premium AI Tools [You will have to use your own AI tools for premium ones] > Employee heirarchy restructuring is needed. Currently for technical roles there are only 4 to 6 levels. [engineer > lead > manager > CAO], promotions are based on vacancy basis.

Some times people will rush to review the things but it will be manageable. As compliance perspective you need to guide more to people, because they are not familiar on Gxp requirements . However, people will understand and started working accordingly
