Trolly's pull & push at Client place in all the 5 floors Able to lift 10-15 systems (cpu's & monitor's) around the floors with out any others help Need to provide Doctor certificate for 1 day sick leave No annual hike's since 4 years No Freedom

Pros

Suitable for candidates who completed 10th or intermediate, grads and under grads should avoid this company.

Cons

Salary is too low and unacceptable provided their experience isn't going to count much specially if you work as an EMT or EMT+ because the process isn't their in any MNC but if you would like then in future you can easily end up joining a reputed courier company as delivery boys, thats what the job profile is. Above 90% of their work force is EMTs and its sort of an odd job where in you need to often deliver systems and accessories to users desk , work like a traditional labour, pushing & pulling trolleys, lifting & shifting loads of heavy shipments like monitors & CPUs at client side, with no help whatsoever, if you ask for a help then they'll right away threaten to fire you from the job. They're least bothered about their employees and why should they be when the top management is greedy. The term employee satisfaction and job security doesn't exist, sure they would inform you prior to joining that part of this job requires you to lift and pull heavy equipment, its misleading because most of it is lifting and pulling heavy equipment. A manager from BPO is like a cherry on top of the cake, as he applies all the BPO tactics to manage an iT support team.

Pros

It has good clients but company itself is really bad. Never ever join this company by seeing it's clients you could end up spoiling your career.

Cons

Biased management, no transparency, HR powerful enough to make decisions.

Thank you for this post. We will soon have our own entity in India and work to lift all employees in this great Country. I am sorry you had such a bad experience here at Astreya, and I hope you have found a better path forward. Now that you are out of Astreya, would it be possible to connect with you and hear your thoughts in more detail? I would like to understand and document your feedback. I do care.
