      1. Looking for retirement, probably the best option ever. 2. Good Work-life balance except for few (9/10) teams. 3. Goodies & parties are always on. 4. No need to perform or outperform in work to climb the org ladder. Another way is well known. 5. Management thinks about the future of everyone except employees so that you can think about yourself. 6. Minimal bonuses & hikes. So that you strive for better. 7. Good amount of MicroManagement OR Nano Management. So that you understand the importance of time.

      Pros

      Few remaining good people. Good products and good customer base.

      Cons

      Continuous layoffs like slice of a bread even without thinking of impact to business and customers. Very very poor and short sighted management. Every man for himself kind of work culture. Stay Away!!!!!
