      Pros

      Axtria is growing and scaling rapidly because of right markets it is targeting. Company also has right focus on type of platforms and solutions it is offering that have big potential. Company also invests a lot on employee training and culture.

      Cons

      Company is making investments in corporate systems and processes, but has some struggle as we continue to grow rapidly.

      Pros

      My five star rating is based on my experience here at Axtria for the last 3 years. I joined at a good base pay and got promoted consecutive years. When people talk about pay, they often don't think about fast progression they get at Axtria, and in the end they come off way ahead. People here are really smart and helpful. Culture is really good with focus on performance. It is also a fun and collaborative work place.

      Cons

      I think company needs better support systems in place.

      Pros

      Axtria provides really good training for junior level folks and I believe for senior levels as well. I joined directly from campus and went through really good training program. Gets you up to speed with analytics field and domain knowledge very quickly. really smart and intelligent people and fast career progression.

      Cons

      Some managers have favourites but I guess that happens everywhere.
