Pros

Very nice colleagues, cool headquarters

Cons

The company has gone downhill even since they got acquired by Infosys. It reminds us nothing of what it used to be. We now get ridiculous salaries, barely any bonus, no transparency and NO COMMUNICATION about what goes on. It is a very confusing environment to work and grow in. It all feels very unfair.

Poor management, terrible experience

Pros

Remote work. Some nice colleagues. Some of the most common work perks and benefits.

Cons

Despite reading previous comments, I joined the company. Unfortunately, it has been a mistake, and I now confirm the negative feedback. The selection process and onboarding are poorly structured and unclear. The company operates with a vertical, top-down management style, and antiquated corporate ladder. There is a noticeable lack of organization and transparency within the company. Training and direction from line managers are inadequate, with a lack of communication and unclear project expectations. Very unexperienced managers that lack essential skills such as empathy, communication, and leadership, which leads to unclear or uncommunicated expectations and a blame culture. Other terrible management practices include favoritism and toxic behaviors. Bullying is present and often overlooked by senior management. The focus is typically on blaming and removing the targets rather than addressing the behavior, indicating a lack of proper duty of care. The work environment is stressful due to poorly managed projects and unrealistic deadlines, leading to frequent reports of stress and overload among colleagues. The work-life balance is poor. Bonus targets are unrealistic and demotivating. The HR department is ineffective. The company hires very talented and highly qualified individuals to assign them to boring ETL tasks. The opportunities for learning and career growth are scarce. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company till they really walk the talk to be an inclusive and good place to work and they apply good professional practices.

Pros

OK benefits, comparable with other consulting companies. Great work-life balance, with some exceptions before holidays (Christmas, Easter, summer) when the workload gets quite big.

Cons

After the company was acquired by Infosys, there were major cost cuts, very limited room for promotion (promotions were selected based on who´s in the office the most which is unfair for fully remote employees), and the people managers were not selected based on their people management skills, but rather seniority.
