      Satisfactory but not a high impact environment for TA

      1. Decent work-life balance 2. Regular TA engagements are monotonous 3. Projects are sporadic and gives you decently good exposure 4. Management listens to you but cannot work on everything you raise

      Cons

      1. Pay can be much better (compared to competition) 2. Benefits are going down 3. Career coaching is almost absent 4. Certain teams can be toxic

      BCG has a culture of appreciation and mentorship. I feel very supported by my leaders and peers. Total compensation and benefits are excellent.

      Performance expectations are very high. Willingness to work hard is a must.
