Pros

Overtime. I have no other pros. The turn over rate is bad!

Cons

No Training. Office Manager doesn't know the Job nor the Regional Office Manager. But they expect you to know it. Always adding more duties to an over abundant plate already. The C.A.R.E program is a joke. It doesn't connect to CCC1 most of the time so you are wasting valuable time entering in the same information in both systems. Too many bosses and each went things done there way. Quick to write you up and they have Regional and shop managers in as if ganging up on you. CSR is the lowest level and they let you know that. Bottom line is more important then the customer service. NO help at the Corp level either. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS EMPLOYER!!!

Pros

I've found such a great attitude here, and a genuine commitment to taking care of customers and teammates. They really mean it when they say their purpose is to restore the rhythm of peoples' lives. They don't skimp on the latest equipment and the training needed to use it correctly. I've opened 4 locations so far this year and every one started with every tool n the list. And those locations have provided 50 new jobs and lots of promotions. It all comes down to culture. I've worked for virtually all of the major players and have not found anything like this. In fact, what I found was lofty talk and unkept promises. I am trusting the rest of my career to them.

Cons

I don't find anything I'd call a "con," but growing at our current rate means we have growing pains. Those companies that don't have growing pains aren't growing.
