Very competative work space. Initial pay is good

Cons

Very bad work culture. No HR policies. Indian leaders think it's their company. Very less hikes. 5 day work in office. Setllers will not let me people grow. Variable deduction.

Pros

A very good place in terms of work culture if you are in a support role. You need to login during your shift, work on whatever comes your way on daily basis, logout on time and the next shift engineer will tc for the rest of the day.

Cons

Firing can be seen sometimes and their business does not seems to be stable so job security is a concern.
