Pros
Decent benefits with gym membership, time for personal development. Don't expect to learn how to code well, but you get the opportunity to play around with languages like a uni project (which could be a pro to some).
Cons
Poor leadership, I don't believe they know what to do or how to manage the team. Some of the decisions that are made feels like they are playing "Management Simulator". Many of the smart people have left because nothing changed, leaving with a big knowledge gap. The processes are bad and no one really has experience in leading a team or defining processes. The quality of work is horrendous and there doesn't seem to be any movement or plans to improve. Teams jump head in to a project without proper planning. Was told that we are free to WFH but are getting guilt-trip to get us into the office. Office is hot-desk with very small monitors and slow Wi-Fi that makes it really inefficient to work.
