Pros

There are no pros to Clearvision Optical. You go into the office everyday fearing management will fire you because of their lack of empathy.

Cons

Clearvision has terrible benefits and management structure. The management is abrasive and uses its employees. They don't reward on merit and treat their employees badly. I don't recommend working for this company.

A lot of food, free coffee all day

Cons

Terrible management and HR environment. Constant emails. Meetings 2x a week and very micro managed. Liars and they don't care about their employees. Very disappointed . It's cliche and it's who you know not what you know.

Communication is constant via emails and texts. . seriously constant.

Cons

We don't care about your "pickles". . or the constant disruptive emails and texts - the method is almost immature and college like. We are supposed to be professional grownups. Please treat your sales reps like that. Give veteran reps the respect they deserve. Younger ones with not nearly the experience have a lot to learn. No benefits at all for reps - they are the money makers for the company and deserve more - like a W-2.. . .
