1. Too much mental pressure, due to internal interview, if u not perform well in interview they told to resign.
2. Too bad HR policies.
3. Hr never reply to queries, thinks that employees are slave of the company.
4. No good project, no scope to learn.
5. No value to old employees.
6. No increment all time they create a situation that company is not getting project, profit etc.

There is no coding standard followed in the projects. The focus is on shipping the features as fast as possible with no regards to the code quality. This makes the code unbearable to maintain for future developers.
