      The only positive aspect is their ability to craft convincing stories during hiring; however, they lack actual projects.

      Cons

      No Real Projects: The company often fakes project pipelines during hiring. If a client leaves, your job is immediately at risk. Toxic HR Policies: HR lacks professionalism and transparency. Policies are employee-unfriendly, and there's no proper grievance redressal system. Micromanagement Culture: Every small task is micromanaged, leaving no room for creativity or autonomy. Unprofessional Behavior: HR and some senior staff are known to misbehave with employees and lack basic respect in communication. Bulk Layoffs: Sudden terminations without notice are common. Entire teams have been fired overnight due to lack of projects.
