Pros

Strong Learning Ecosystem: Highly regarded for its training programs, particularly for freshers, with access to platforms like Udemy and internal certifications. Work-Life Balance (WLB): Many employees report a flexible/hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days home) and reasonable hours, though this varies significantly by project. Supportive Peer Environment: Numerous reviews highlight a collaborative culture and supportive team members as a primary "like". Global Exposure: Opportunities to work with high-profile Fortune 500 clients and potential for international relocation/onsite projects

Cons

Job Security Concerns: While some see it as stable, 2026 reviews highlight increased anxiety over project-based layoffs and "forced benching".

Pros

Great pay and substantial increases and profit sharing Awesome people and culture Opportunities for growth abound

Cons

Past its prime already; news of cost cutting and mass layoffs makes me feel it was all downhill since the previous CEO (Brian Humphries) left. He really supported the employees during the height of the pandemic.

Pros

Remote; ability to pick different projects; training courses readily available

Cons

If there are no projects that you "match" to, they will lay you off... If the client does not want you on the project anymore for whatever reason, then you are off the project on what they call "the bench"

Pros

For laterals good hike is provided

Cons

1 increment in past 3 years that too 2-3%. Company reporting profits by delaying/cancelling merit pay raises to employees and charging clients incremental fees. CEO and troop rewarded themselves with handsome hikes in the same period. Layoffs are being pushed under disguise of AI. In reality they are hiring freshers at cheaper cost nothing to do with AI capabilities. Automations executed are pathetic, for simple issue it takes 3-4 days to get resolved. Management has god syndrome with below average talent
