Pros

Liberty to learn new technologies. Open-source oriented technology stack.

Cons

I worked there less than an year at their Chennai offshore location and I'll have to say that it was a nightmare of an experience. Firstly, there is a lot of micromanagement happening at the Project manager level which will be ridiculously frustrating for anyone. Having said that, the work-life balance is pretty bad at there and often times ppl are expected deliver things in unrealistic timelines. This is mainly because you are expected to do a lot more things in and around as part of the deliverables and there are simply too much of these little but frustrating processes in place . Work life here MIGHT workout for unmarried pll.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is married.. Especially women.. Too much politics and the onshore-offshore model is a big failure.

Pros

Initially Jan 2019 i felt good over there but saw talented employee generally don't stick with this company.

Cons

1. The pay is less as compared to the rest of the market. 2. You don't get to work on new projects or technologies you will be stuck working on the same 2-3 technologies your whole tenure, if you stick with the company you will loose your niche with new technologies and blunt your skills. 3. The onshore(USA) colleagues are much more understanding the off shore management (India). Offshore management will eat you raw example: this happened in my case. Me: i want to contribute more in other filed as well please assign me some task in the filed i am requesting. Manager: Ok, from coming sprint onwards you will get to work the new field you are requesting. Me: Never received new work. New people joined and took that work. I waited for 2 years. I then gave resignation realizing management has no interest in your growth. They pat themselves on the back. Had a conversation with onshore team and they told my request never reached them. 4. The teams are always strained with budget.
