      Pros

      You will get the salary in time. Shift time is also great for voice process.

      Cons

      Bad management and tremendous politics inside office. You will not get the paper for the promotion after 6months also.

      Pros

      You'll get average trending salary in market. There is 24*7 work environment though most of the times they do approve the preferences for week offs. Supportive staff and colleagues they never make you feel odd at work. Promotions are easy if you will perform good. Cab facility is there for female emplyees between 7 pm to 7 am. Ample leaves to take.

      Cons

      Long shift timings 9.30 hours a day There is no fixed break timings for agents and at the times of heavy call volumes break gets delayed by hours. Internal politics at times. If you got night shift and timings are 7.30 pm to 5 am then they will pick you at 5.30 pm and drop back by 6 am.
