Pros
Myself work as an HR of TATA-BSS, I recommend don't join TATA-BSS and spoil your career. Employee don't get salary on time, F&F, relieving letter, Pf amount is not been provided after giving proper notice also, even imp document like Form no.16, where no company Pan / Tan number is mentioned. Nor even proper authority signature is provided on the same. People join TATA-BSS by name of TATA, but Tata-bss HR just are least bother of employees who are working for their livelihood. Being a HR of this company is shame for me, as I can't see employee struggling and I can't help them. There is no Pros about this company.

You can check the complaint raised about PF against TATA-BS, just Google it complaint against TATA-BSS, those are correct complaints and not fake.
