Pros

None at all, i repeat none at all.

Cons

I am in the technology department. The company HR highlights it as "the company" to work for and can speak for hours about its benefits and how it will change your life after you join it. I will highlight each and every issue i faced here in last 2 years. 1) Very bad management. The Indian technology team leaders are totally misleading their US counterparts. They claim in their calls to US that they are hiring from the top-most colleges in India for their technology team but you will start laughing the moment they start taking the colleges names. 2) HR claims that only 5 people have left in the last 5 years. But i saw 5-7 people leaving just after my few months of joining. Some freshers even left without serving the notice period and a couple of experienced guys left the company within few months of joining. 3) The salary is better than other firms but they give high salaries otherwise nobody will join them. In fact everyone says that they got lured by the salary itself and now regret the decision. 4) Politics is the backbone of the technology department management. You will not even have the slightest idea of what is cooking behind you. 5) During appraisal meetings, very ridiculous feedbacks are given to employees. 6) Parameters are not same for everyone and differ from person to person. If you take your leaders out for dinners regularly then they will take care of you otherwise you will find yourself in their firing line. I am often called for lunch/dinner via communicator and when someone asks the other person says that we are just downstairs for a walk. 7) everyone has to complete 9:30 hours everyday and have to explain the next morning to your manager why you left 10 minutes early the previous day. Say bye-bye to your work life balance.

Pros

Good pay master, meals, location, infrastructure, casual outfit, youth crowd

Cons

Work life balance, less experienced team leaders, especially finance is very bad. Copy paste work, you will come by your time and leave when managers want to, 2 years bond which is a trap, finance dept is hell

Pros

Nothing is good, except polished language at the time of hire which is all gone once you become the victim and join the company. They make people bonded labours by collecting the cheque and then file a case against you, n case you do not work as per their expectations. They expect you to work atleast 20 hrs in a day for them.

Cons

Worst work culture, poor higher management, work life balance zero, no escape as you sign the training letter and provide the cheque.
