      Pros

      - Company and cultural was good but the team manager ruining experience and spoiling company name - Company events but later got stopped due to cost cutting - Good geeks

      Cons

      - Old system - Micro management - Very less technical manager - Low salary hikes and higher work demands - Manager threatening for random stuff - Manager pretend something else in front of management to save his reputation - Something are mentioned by manager that its instructions from upper management but in actual its not which lowers company reputation - Threatening and blackmailing from manager side if there mistakes comes out they will spoil my career - 0 work life balance expected to work late nights but when it's time for increment company budget gets low

Legacy projects – You might end up maintaining old systems instead of learning cutting-edge tech. Mass hiring = less personalization – Roles can feel generic; you’re replaceable in the system. Internal bureaucracy – Processes can be rigid, approvals slow, and innovation sometimes stifled.
