- Great management team: most of the mgmt team, including the director, are reasonable and professional people - In depth training is offered by trainers like myself with access to Esri courses and certifications - Leaves and WFH options are fairly available without having to jump through hoops - Salary is always on time and yearly appraisals are well above industry standards - Your work and effort is regularly appreciated and praised
Cons
- U.S. timings are required for the tech-support positions (night shift) - The office is just okay, not many amenities - Cafeteria food is not preferable
