- International company - Quality support team - Quality SOC team - Functional product

Cons

- Management is terrible - HR has no power to deal with malicious actors - Leadership ignores employees - Management lacks aligned executive vision Senior leadership is lacking in many areas and can't agree on important issues. Almost zero cross-functional collaboration, many decisions are made in a vacuum. No clear direction or market message. Laughable PTO policy, especially compared with other tech companies.

Great guys to work with - Young and enthusiastic. Product is very cutting edge and company HQ is located outside of the hustle of the center.

Cons

2 Co-CEOs managing this company. None of them are managing material. Extremely poor listening skills, I-know-it-all attitude when in fact they know very little. Only care about increasing company value but care much less about employees wellness. Product roadmap is a joke, indicative of 4 VP R&D who left the company in less than 2 years.

- The office location was good. - Some snacks in the kitchen.

- The CEO is lacking the essential qualities of a professional manager. His inability to lead the company and manage people only increased employees' frustration. Totally misunderstanding how to run the company. - The lack of effective management was evident at every level, leading to disorganization and confusion throughout the company. The atmosphere among middle managers was toxic, fostering a culture of hostility. - Subpar product quality. Despite claiming to produce high-quality products, the company's constant mockery of competitors overshadowed any potential credibility, showing a lack of professionalism and maturity. - Lacks a clear vision for product development. - A complete disregard for personal time and work-life balance. - The HR seemed to be nothing more than a puppet of the CEO, failing to address employee concerns and acting as mere rubber stamps for the CEO's whims. - Cynet displayed a lack of gratitude for hardworking employees, failing to provide recognition, rewards, or appreciation for their efforts.
