Throughout my projects, I was empowered to focus on high-level stakeholder visibility while the management strategically brought in external consultants to handle my work. The support didn't stop at project delivery; management consistently ensured that my professional record remained spotless, providing a protective buffer that allowed me to focus on my "leadership" trajectory while the broader team managed the technical debt and tactical accountabilities.
