Pros

Supportive colleagues who are always willing to help and collaborate.

Cons

I joined Digital Nest because I believed in the vision shared during orientation and recruitment. I turned down another opportunity because I felt this organization offered greater potential for growth. Unfortunately, my experience after joining was very different from what I expected. The biggest issue is the gap between what is promised and what employees experience. Decision-making is highly centralized, which limits ownership and autonomy for employees. Even experienced professionals may find it difficult to make independent decisions or implement ideas without multiple approvals. The organization speaks about building a corporate culture, but in my experience many processes still feel dependent on individuals rather than established systems. This can make it difficult for employees to take initiative and contribute effectively. Work-life balance is another concern. Communication outside working hours became common, making it difficult to completely disconnect from work. While occasional after-hours work is understandable, it should not become a regular expectation. I also felt that professional boundaries could be improved. Employees should be evaluated based on performance, results, and contribution to the organization. For freshers, my advice would be to thoroughly research the company, speak with current and former employees, and evaluate all available opportunities before making a decision. For experienced professionals, this may not be the best fit if you are looking for autonomy, empowerment, and a mature corporate environment.

The role provides strong exposure to recruiter engagement, corporate communications, placements, and industry networking. The work environment is energetic and encourages professional growth, confidence building, and practical learning. Employees get opportunities to handle responsibilities independently, which helps in developing communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

The dynamic nature of the work keeps employees constantly engaged and provides exposure to multiple responsibilities simultaneously, making it a fast-learning environment with continuous opportunities for growth and improvement.
