      Pros

      2bhk house used to run a software company. No parking lot. Office premises looks so dirty, even a bachelor room looks good.

      Cons

      Lot of work pressure as per their employees. Late nights stay every day. No responsibility and no time sense for management.

      You will get all access and learn everything because of too much pressure. Helpful Colleagues. Small Team.

      Cons

      - Long working hours (10 + hrs.) - Less salary and benefits. No salary increments. - Unprofessional management. - No Saturday off and most of time you have to come on Sunday also.
