Setting both lunch and dinner covered means one less thing to worry about daily, and having a cab pick you up right at your doorstep honestly saves so much energy and money on the commute. Getting cool company swag every quarter is a nice little ego boost that makes you feel appreciated, especially when paired with a legit work-life balance where you are not expected to be online 24/7. The 50-50 work-from-home split is the perfect middle ground because you get your deep-work days at home but still get that big MNC office vibe and social interaction half the week.

Cons

Working on legacy projects feels like being stuck in the past while the rest of the industry moves to modern tech stacks.
