Not at all .. They offer good salary coz people don't wish to join it . Only salary makes people think to take a chance which could give one terrible exp

Yes, if you can compromise with very unprofessional behavior of the management , if you don't get a job elsewhere , If you can answer to the owner of the company for what you did today, if you can send an email directly to the owner of this crap company that you are going on break , urination , dinner and again update the same that you now have come back from the break,, then company is good fit for you.

No reason. Good reasons are even not handfull. Only harassment. No leave policy, no chance for growth. Come here and destroy your career..

Lots of micro management. Sujata verma CEO of Diverse Lynx treats employees as slave. I worked there more than 2 years and found my self harrased working with them.

There is no pros in this company if you are not working in night shift.

Cons

Will never advice any female jobseeker to join this company. after joinging this organisation Surely your life become hell. These guys do not respect their employees you are ready to experience humiliation everyday then only you can survive in this company- Manager & lead abuse you, demotivate you just create extra pressure on you. They will accept you to work like a donkey. but they don't even have managerial quality & leadership skill, even they are not able to speak is English properly, But they know very well how to humiliate others. Though upper management is good but for day team employees there is no intervention from them because they are sitting in US.
