Now as EPAM have only one client, You will be asked to either relocate to Hyderabad or Chennai or to resign.
Test Directors are surviving in the company by old connections and really have no knowledge about process/technology. They give estimates to client without collaborating with the team working on ground and never show up again, Actual working team drag their schedule day and night to cover up the unrealistic commitment.
HR persons are not skilled and will play politics behind you. Whole time they will try to find out if you are looking out.
High attrition rate : People leave the organization within 2-3 months when they come to know about actual truth. Most of the people abscond.

False onsite opportunity promise: All the clients are based in Pune and transfers to other countries is pure lie. There is no onsite opportunity at all, No one had ever been to foreign by transfer.
Work: Most of the projects have monotonous work and no learning after a certain period of time.
EPAM US is totally different than here. Sooner or later they ma ask to shut down this center as It is creating problem for image of global business.
