So, we are deeply concerned to hear this feedback, as it is not aligned with the environment we strive to create. Leadership accountability, genuine management practices, and supporting team growth are core values for us, and it's clear there is work to be done in the mentioned location if this aligns with your ex-team members' feedback to ensure these values are upheld across the organization. Pros

Work life management is very good in this company.

Cons

I spent years at a company with great work-life balance, but things took a dark turn when a new team lead came in. This person seemed to thrive on finding fault, turning minor issues into major problems, and mentally torturing team members. It was incredibly stressful and created a truly toxic environment. Despite multiple complaints to management, nothing was done. This lack of action ultimately led me to leave a job I'd been at for a very long time. It's disheartening to see such a destructive personality remain in a leadership role.
