Pros
Tech is latest in Indian office. Office is tempting. Reimbursement and office facilities are better than most other companies in BLR.
Cons
Work culture is toxic, HR policies are set as per service based companies not flexible like product based companies. Location of India office is in a very remote place. India colleagues are not treated as equals with the US ones, always be seen as contactors while on projects. Work pressure is high and there are no fixed working hours, GSC (Indian) colleagues are asked to be available at late night hours with US teams and early morning hours as well despite of any shift you've taken officially.
