There is no life at workplace - Mechanical Lead Engineer ALSTOM Employee Review

1.Teammates dont speak to you. 2. No value for role titles - people are not supportive at work 3. HR is just for onboarding, there is no real HR interaction 4. Employee Surveys are just useless. No real time action 5. No employee benefits at all. You just get salary 6. Projects are assigned based on favouritism 7. No real learning you need to wait for 3-5 years to work on a project. 8. Do not join if you are a person who likes to grow. 9. No grow path defined. EDU managers are just waste and have no power. I can keep writing. But the essence is waste of working here. People shout at each other during the work talks. They abuse each other such a pathetic situation to be in.
