Worst place for freshers to join. - Career Development Program Air Products Employee Review

Many cons: The graduate engineer trainee batch was laid off without any prior notice. Many trainees were from reputed colleges which led to their loss of job in early career. Management is pathetic. No strategic business foresight led to massive layoffs. If you're a fresher considering to join I would advice not to join.
