      Being part of mega projects, however these projects are now being shelved

      Cons

      - Non-inclusive employer: visible favouritism towards US nationals specially female employees and Asians - No job security you can be laid off any time - Leadership in the Middle East and India very weak and not people centric it’s all about P&L - Zero psychological safety
