Old fashioned company with toxic workplace - Anonymous employee Air Products Employee Review

Hello and thank you for taking time to leave a detailed review. Your experience is not what we strive for as a company, in fact, is it quite the opposite. You may be referring to our company goal when you highlight the diversity buzzword in our mission statement. Our company goal is where we say, "Air Products will be the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world, delivering excellent service to our customers" and we take this goal seriously. So much so, that in October 2020, we announced our goal in wanting to achieve at least 20 percent minority representation from a 17 percent base level in its U.S. professional and managerial population by 2025. We successfully reached this objective already in this calendar year and in fact, created a new new goal to achieve 30 percent minority representation in these U.S. roles by 2025. By achieving this significant milestone, we've demonstrated , and continue to demonstrate, our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
