      Pros

      Local to the area with a large global footprint. Pretty good pay and benefits, brand new HQ Office is nice. The work-life-balance is generally very good.

      Cons

      Lots of corporate red tape and silo'ing. Managers can't give out pay merit for people who go above and beyond - No good reason to go above and beyond; everyone's pay is now very tied to seniority, not difficulty or intensity. DEI is very excessive in my opinion.
