Leadership team is incompetent and disengage with teams that are reporting below them. No transparency or communication as to what might transpire to employees who are affected by organizational restructuring. Leadership seems to have no solid plan as how to grow business further and therefore caused a downhill to the company business & financial performance as a whole.
