      Pay is less as compared to other product based companies No company perks such as free cab free food No work from home Repetitive tasks For a task the time is less so you don't exactly get to know what you are working on and how you are doing that , because need to match the deadline

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
