Pros
You've a job and salary will be credited
Cons
It's honestly one of the worst choices I've made career wise. Every year they do layoffs, but it's all super secretive. No emails, no official announcements, nothing. You just start noticing people are gone, their access is cut off, and word spreads based on who everyone counts as missing. Zero empathy for anyone affected or left behind. The ones who stay just get more work piled on with no support. To make it worse, there's no hybrid or remote option at all. You have to be in the office five days a week, no excuses, even though most of the job could totally be done from home. It just destroys any kind of work life balance and turns commuting into this daily grind. HR is hands down the rudest I've ever dealt with. They're dismissive, act like you're bothering them, and clearly only there to cover the company's back, not support employees. Try bringing up an issue? They'll shut you down or make you feel like you're the one causing problems. And then there's pay: hikes are basically nonexistent or so tiny they're insulting, even if you get glowing reviews. Everything else gets more expensive, but your salary just sits there. No real reward for sticking around or putting in effort. Seriously, there's no reason to join this company. Save yourself the stress and frustration. There are way better places out there that actually treat people right. 1 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend to anyone.
