      Pros

      Great team, young and good people. The site won't survive much longer thankfully.

      Cons

      Oh boy. Bad management, so bad its funny. Even funier if you're out. Seniors with 20+ years experience gain less than new hires. That was fun when they found out. Canteen had cockroaches, we only found out because we saw it. Basically all the memes that you see on the internet about bad companies are true in BTC. I can't tell about other locations but BTC is a joke. You have been warned.

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
