Annual increments are typically modest, with alternate-year hikes averaging around 10% and subsequent yearly revisions often closer to 3%. Additionally, salary hikes seem to follow a capped structure, where increments above 20% are extremely uncommon, regardless of individual performance or contributions. In addition, frequent layoffs and recurring workforce restructuring create concerns around job stability and long-term employee confidence. Although the company operates as a product-based organization, the overall work culture and operational approach often feel more aligned with a service-based environment.

Pros

I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

Cons

The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
