      Pros Colleagues are collaborative and always willing to help. - The company provides good training and skill development programs. - Hybrid work model is a big plus. - Diversity and inclusion are actively promoted.

      Cons

      Some teams are understaffed, leading to burnout Promotions and raises take longer than expected. Upper management decisions aren’t always transparent. Some departments still use inefficient legacy systems

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
