*No Laptops will be provided for WFH. They provide desktop even to 8+ years Exp. that too old one. * Now a days even small companies providing Laptop to their Employees which is very portable for work and also in case of Power failure .Here they mean Laptop as like a BMW car . Only for 15+ Exp. they will give.Partiality for even a small laptop. To get Laptop they asking us to work for 15+ years. * After joined in this Organisation u will don't have any idea for a problem who should you contact. Even HR process also is not good. * If you already worked in tier 1 organisation like TCS,CTS, INFY,etc . Please don't choose atos syntel. * No WFH allowance they have it but if you hear the rules then you will come to know surely you won't get it. No Reimbursement for your internet connection
