Pros
Speaking of pros: 1) Fair and transparent ecosystem; intent seems to be to do the right thing the right way 2) Empowerment and opportunity to come up with idea and drive it 3) Good compensation 4) Good Food 5) Cab Facility 6) Engagement activities being conducted periodically, infact they have now formed a committee within Support that drives this. 6) I like the way the team has now moved away from focusing on a few chosen ones to giving equal importance to everyone.
Cons
If anything, it has become much better than what it was a couple of years back.
