1. No Appraisal, hikes and recognition 2. Toxic leadership, only blame game. Micromanagement at peak in 2025 3. Silent Firing 4. Leaders do not know what they want but expects outcome 5. Delivery expectation changes at least twice a day from senior leadership!! 6. Platform data team is only for a name sake. No stable vision and non clear goals for the teams 7. No satisfaction and gratitude from leaders for the hard work developers, architects, Project managers put in for the delivery 8. Say YES to everything culture is being expected irrespective of illogical timelines and stress team is undergoing. 9. As CEO is targeting to go IPO in 2026, silent Firing is in effect in Platform, Offer team, Planning team - to showcase profit!! 10. Created a blame game culture and making everyone skapegoat to save their seats. Senior leaders are working long in BY and have no idea and intention to foster growth of their reporting teams. Nontech background but only People Managers everywhere in leadership layer.
