Horrible Company To Work - Lead Software Engineer Blue Yonder Employee Review

1.There is too much micro-management in the company, Your manager is just a puppet under Project Director he has no power to give appreciation, promotions, hike etc. Your work is not notified and valued. 2.They encourage using AI but the process and the code is so legacy where we cannot high scale it. No learning curve. 3.No Hikes and promotions. 4.There were people form 15 to 20 years in the company, they only rule and no growth for others joined later. 5.They recruit freshers and layoff mid term employee after the job is done. 6.30 people were laid off in 30 minutes last year without proper severance package, worst ever in IT industry 7.The attrition rate has drastically increased for the last 2 years, no employee worked more than 2 years everyone resigned. 8.No proper Spec Documentation is maintained to refer. 9.Deadlines set by Directors are revised by Directors without consent of manager ,Developer or QA.
