      You will get Less Pay compared to any other company, and 3 months Notice period. its not So easy to change the job, Please think twice before selecting this company. You will get job for sure, but Think.

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
