The company found so many ways to cut corners and screw employees. I traveled extensively with the company and was told to stay in IHG hotels. The company opened an IHG account for me so that I could accumulate points. However, when I left, they closed my account and transferred all points to themselves. Additionally, the company forced employees in my division, including remote ones, to use their own cell phones and computers rather than providing equipment for them. When I brought this up to upper management, I was simply told that it wasn't the case. Yet, I worked directly with my staff and know under no uncertain terms that my staff was not provided the equipment to do their jobs. My hope is that the new management in my former division is providing better for her team.
