Pros
The only good thing is you don't get time to think if you are working for clearwater.
Cons
1. Longer working hours - officially its 9 hours but they will put you on alert systems at least for 12 hours and through that you will get 1000's of alerts, pings cases so its actually wake up at 7 and sleep when you are about to die. 2. People don't even understand what devops/SRE means. its just that company picked that buzz word from market and you are working as an L1 support person atleast in india time zone as most of the real/customer jobs get done in india time zone. 3. Management people are just proxy here - which means they just find some one to blame for behind everything as if they are not responsible for anything. then why do they even exists in this org if all they do is just proxy. modern ans smart systems doesn't need that. Specially the people on higher side they are in their own cloud 9. 4. People are so much over powered that they can scare you anytime for your job to make you work even beyond your working time or limits. 5. you will have to work on weekends without any benefits. That's mandatory.
