well honestly the company provides no reasons to make an employee excited or enthusiastic to be associated with the company

I have been in this space for couple of year but have never come across a company with this pathetic level of mangement and culture. Few major Reasons to 'NOT' be associated with the company are 1. The learning curve is stagnant and there is no enhancement in skills or knowledge 2. The company has no policy for sick leave, even the employees are provided not provided with paid leaves on national holidays 3.The leads associated with respective domains have zero knowledge regarding the process, system and respective domain 4.The work culture is highly toxic 5. The employees are ill treated and highly tortured 6. Working hours for employees are around 12-14 hours which results in no time for employees to spend time with family 7. The management is least concerned about the concern raised by the employees and hence forth no actions are taken 8.The company is mainly lead by a single person where the inputs given by employees are mere waste of time and efforts 9.There is no room for appreciation, performance reviews or any positive feedback from the management 10.The company runs on the principle of favoritism, resulting in in equality which further leads to demotivation of deserving candidates 11.The internal stakeholders (employees) are leaving as there is high attrition, also they fail to satisfy external stakeholders (clients) 12.And to sum up the review all I would say is THE MANAGEMENT IS A BIG FAIL
